I sometimes whine about the effort involved in cooking and doing house chores. After watching this 10-minute video of an armless Chinese woman, I'm shutting up. The cooking and gardening parts of the video are particularly amazing.

Ohhhh nononono.....we are NOT going to show my husband THAT video...I can just hear it now. "That woman doesn't have arms and she hand-makes fresh noodles....you have all your limbs AND a $235 facial and you can't iron my shirt?!?!

Yep, the noodle cutting got me. So did the potato slicing with the mandoline. And, she farms too. The ultimate over-achiever.
